Young Ideas is a destination for designer womens fashion in the midlands. We have stores located in the elegant market town of Ashbourne and also in Derby's prestigious Cathedral Quarter. We are a luxury business dedicated to providing our customers with exceptional service within a friendly, positive working environment.

We welcome approaches from fashion or business students who are looking for a special work experience opportunity in the fashion retail industry. We are implementing ambitious plans to develop and grow our business and have offered amazing opportunities for student enthusiasts.
