Payment

Payment can be made securely on line using our service provided by HSBC. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Visa Electron, Maestro, Solo and Delta. We also welcome payments by telephone or fax. Please call 01335 342095 or fax 01335 343891. All prices are in pounds sterling and are inclusive of VAT.

In order to purchase goods online you must hold a valid Credit or Debit card. You must also confirm that the information you supply on our website is both accurate and complete and relates specifically to you. You must agree not to use or copy anyone else’s identity or name that you are not authorised to use.

Product Availability

All items are subject to availability. In the event an item is sold out it will be removed from the website at the earliest opportunity. If we have any problems with the availability of your order, we will contact you as soon as possible. We will offer you a suitable alternative or order your product in for you (or give you a full refund) if we are unable to fulfil your order.

Order Cancellation.

The UK Distance Selling Regulations give you the right to cancel your order for any item purchased from youngideas.com, for a full refund. This does not apply to items that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

You must inform us in writing , by email ,within 7 days if you wish to cancel your order clearly stating your order reference details. For orders that are awaiting despatch , it may be possible to cancel your order before any postage cost is incurred.If however your order has already been sent out to you , you will need to return the order to us and you will be responsible for all postage charges involved.

Great care is taken in preparing the contents of this website and the product information we provide. However, we cannot guarantee 100% accuracy and we reserve the right to amend errors, make changes to our website, and withdraw any part of our site or to update product information at any time if we consider it necessary. All images which appear on our website have been taken with great care. However the colour clarity may vary between the natural eye and your computer monitor, we therefore cannot guarantee the accuracy of colour.
