Campaign Manager / Marketing Coordinator:

The Role:

 

We are looking for a Campaign Manager / Marketing Coordinator to join our Ashbourne team, working with the senior leadership team to execute the agreed Marketing Campaigns, this role is an invaluable opportunity to work within a premium and luxury fashion retailer in the Midlands. We are looking for motivated and passionate candidates who thrive in a fast-paced working environment, you should have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead on cohesive multi-channel campaigns, supporting both your team and partners to launch campaigns on time and on budget.

 

The Person:

 

The ideal candidate will have experience in a wide range of marketing disciplines. The role requires the ability to be ‘hands on’ and balance many different functions across multiple different channels. There is an amount of ‘role flex’ with everybody constantly doing things outside his or her normal remit but enjoying a fast-paced environment.

 

We are looking for individuals who are:

·       Responsible with impeccable attention to detail and is comfortable with trial and error.

Responsibilities:

 

·       To input and shape the marketing strategy with the senior leadership team.

·       To manage the seasonal product build: images and descriptions workflow.

·       To be responsible for the collation and categorisation of all campaign assets.

·       To be responsible for updating all digital touchpoints to reflect current campaigns.

·       To ensure campaign execution across all marketing channels, including POS, Social Media, Email and SEO.

·       To maintain our customer database.

·       To prepare monthly reports using multiple sources such as Google Analytics, Bronto and similar programs.

·       To collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and content to optimise the user experience.

·       To keep up to date with social media trends and fashion focused events to ensure we are reactive to current collections, events and seasons.

 

Skills:

 

·       Educated to degree level or equivalent.

·       Proven working experience in marketing, ideal within premium retail.

·       Adobe Photoshop & InDesign experience essential.

·       Experience in working with social media platforms.

·       Comfortable with the full digital mix as traditional marketing, to deliver truly cohesive multi-channel campaigns.

·       Experience in enterprise ecommerce platforms; Magento & Visualsoft preferred but not essential.

Apprenticeships and Kickstart Scheme:

We have a number of Apprenticeship opportunities within Customer Service and Digital Marketing.

 

Whether you are just starting your career or have been inspired to start a new journey, we are always keen to hear from individuals wanting to benefit from working with an award-winning team whilst gaining a formal qualification. 

Additionally, we are also supporting a number of earned work placements, lasting 6 months, via the Government Kickstart scheme, which is specifically designed for those aged between 16 and 24. It is run by the DWP, so your local Job Centre will be able to run you through the specific criteria, and help you find out whether or not you’re eligible. 

For both schemes, we are looking for talented and motivated people who would thrive in a fast-paced working environment to join our growing team. Being passionate about learning more about multi-channel premium and luxury fashion retail is an absolute must.
