An elegant jacket in a defined fit by BOSS Womenswear. Blended with hints of cotton and stretch for comfort in movement, this fully lined jacket is cut to a long length and trimmed with metallic buttons at the double-breasted closure. For the brand's RESPONSIBLE products, they always use at least 60% more sustainable raw materials. This garment is made from at least 60% certified recycled polyester. Recycled polyester is an artificial fibre made from oil-based waste such as old PET bottles. It is a more sustainable option compared to conventional polyester, as BOSS can reuse a material that has already been produced. Using recycled polyester also reduces plastic waste and stops it from ending up in landfills. BOSS only use raw materials with a verified chain of custody to ensure the use of certified recycled polyester. This garment is made partly with certified material. LENZING™ ECOVERO™ is a viscose fibre derived from natural raw wood material and sourced from responsibly managed forests. Through cooperation with external organisations to ensure respectful treatment of virgin and endangered forests, the origin of the wood is carefully controlled. The manufacturing of LENZING™ ECOVERO™ branded viscose fibres generates up to 50% lower emissions and water impact compared to generic viscose. According to Higg MSI™ tools, CO2 emissions and fossil resource use are approximately half that of the industry average. LENZING™ and ECOVERO™ are trademarks of Lenzing AG.
